Lowering Energy Costs & Emissions

SysEne engineers bring decades of experience uncovering energy-efficient low-carbon measures and delivering innovative solutions in pumps, fans, compressors and processes driving manufacturing systems. SysEne’s technical team will analyze your facility’s energy consumption profile to compare with industry benchmarks and equipment specifications and determine the carbon emissions profile for the facility.

SysEne usually recommends a site visit by senior engineering personnel who will focus on key processes and equipment and interviews operations, maintenance, and engineering personnel to identify and validate potential energy and emissions reductions opportunities. From thermo-mechanical pulping, to industrial heat treatment furnaces, boilers, and compressed air systems, SysEne engineers regularly find economic reductions of up to 50% in energy and emissions.

With final reduction measures and parameters validated with key site personnel, SysEne will then finalize the most impactful Energy and Emissions measures for the client based on the impact, economics and operational requirements.
