Optimizing Facility Efficiency

The facility’s baseline energy and GHG profile was established by our technical team through a comprehensive analysis of historical records, site operations, and equipment, supplemented by the use of existing process data. 

Senior engineers observed the equipment and operations during a site visit and interviewed operations and maintenance staff identifying energy and carbon reduction measures in dewatering, grinding, and drying and dust collection 

Potential opportunities were identified for energy cost and GHG reductions for both electric and natural gas-fired equipment and validated against similar measures in heavy industry. 

They caught our attention because they presented themselves to be knowledgeable in the subject areas and have experience in relevant fields.
