Optimizing Facility Efficiency

A team of SysEne engineers performed a detailed review of historical records, site operations and equipment that helped them to utilize existing process data to establish a baseline energy and GHG profile for the facility.

This team of senior engineers observed the equipment and operations during a site visit and interviewed the operations and maintenance staff. Measures identified included implementing dew point control on the tube refrigerated drying system, process heat recovery and furnace burner replacement.

The proposed savings were validated against our experience from other site evaluations resulting in 6,600 tCO2e/yr in projected energy savings. This savings represented an overall reduction of $650K in annual site energy costs.

They caught our attention because they presented themselves to be knowledgeable in the subject areas and have experience in relevant fields.
