SysEne provided project management services for a complex rail system upgrade. The original track intrusion system was built in 1985 and urgently needed an upgrade for safety reasons. We developed a modern and customizable solution that was accepted by the operating company and is now in implementation phase. Success resulted in an improved, safe and secure rail system, and valuable insights for future track intrusion upgrade projects.
