Unlocking Decarbonization Funding Alternatives

In partnership with Qatalyst Research Group (https://qatalyst.ca), SysEne developed a survey and interview strategy.

The surveys and a market scan of similar programs were conducted through in-person interviews to gain insight from key stakeholders involved in roles such as project intake and evaluation roles, financial oversight roles, and the development and modification of program rule and policy.

The analysis and recommendations were successfully delivered on budget within a challenging review timeline.
