Position Overview
We’re seeking a Project Manager to support a multi-phase modernization effort focused on improving system integration, digital infrastructure, and customer-facing tools across a regional transit network. While this role currently supports a major initiative around real-time transit information systems, it may evolve into other roles over time. This is a unique opportunity to work across bus, rail, and multimodal operations — helping shape the tools, processes, and systems that enable more coordinated, effective transit services. You’ll contribute to planning and implementation: coordinating pilots and full-scale projects, supporting system architecture design, and helping socialize long-term strategy — all while navigating evolving timelines and delivery constraints.
At SysEne, we bring structure to complexity through systems thinking and disciplined delivery — but never with a one-size-fits-all approach. Success in this role requires adaptability, empathy, and sound judgment. Ideal candidates have 5 to 10 years of experience, thrive in dynamic environments, and are motivated by improving public systems through thoughtful, people-centred change.

· Balances real user needs with operational realities to deliver high-value, feasible improvements
· Motivated by delivering functional, equitable public systems that improve daily life
Qualifications
· Degree in a related field such as planning, engineering, information systems, business, or public policy
